California Kids Connection is the State of California's photolisting of children in foster care who are available for adoption. The website has three parts:
A Public Section that lists available children who have court permission for recruitment on this website.
A Secure Section that can only be accessed by staff from licensed California adoption agencies. The secure section has additional photolistings of children who are available for adoption, but whose profiles are not cleared for public internet recruitment. The secure section also includes photolistings of homestudied families who are working with licensed California adoption agencies.
A Post-Adoption Resource database that the public can access, where individuals and agencies can list resources, therapists and materials that are helpful to families who have adopted.
